I was lucky enough to be invited back to Holbeach Films, initially as a Behind the Scenes Photographer, in 2022. Having spent a few years without and major creative projects to get my teeth stuck into due to COVID, I was so happy to have the opportunity to meet more creatives in my local area and to flex my photo/ video muscles once again.
With the team's original DOP leaving the project, I found myself filling that role. Dedicating every Sunday to filming, and a few reshoots after a major casting change, we wrapped in March 2024. We are well in the swing of the edit and hope to be able to present the project soon!
This experience came about after bumping into one of the main crew on Dishonoured nearly ten years after the premier. I am so thankful to have had that chance meeting due to the friendships made on this set and the memories made. Made up of local creatives and community members who are both professional and new to acting, the project has brought together a wonderful network of people who have poured their heart, soul and time into the project. While I will be very happy to complete this project to start something new, I will be equally bittersweet that this world in which we have existed in would have come to an end.
