UNIVERSITY BREIF: COVENTRY FILM FESTIVAL

A branding based module at university in which we had to create, brand and market a festival of our choice.

Being a big film nut I wanted to create a film festival, but one like no other. My festival was called ‘Barrel of Laughs’ and was a comedy film and beer festival combined. Using the layout of Coventry City my plan was for the films to be shown in different locations throughout a pub crawl route. Not only would this promote films but also encouraged attendees to visit CAMRA pubs - pubs which support the sale and production of real ales.
